We can't provide personalized deal analysis — we're not investment advisors. But our BRRRR Calculator is designed to be self-service. Enter your numbers and the calculator does the rest.

"Why is my BRRRR calculation different from another calculator?"

Different calculators make different assumptions about LTV, holding costs, and operating expenses. Our calculator uses standard BRRRR methodology. Always confirm with your actual lender for real-world terms.

"Do you offer your calculator as an embed or API?"
